      Pros

      I was with the organization for a very long time, and enjoyed being part of the legacy of a great brand. My time was much more pleasurable when I was managed by smart passionate people that were part of the Quality Management organization of the past.

      Cons

      I was lead by Management in NJ. An egotistical individual who has low self awareness and was out to destroy me at all costs.

      Communicative and thorough hiring and training process, excellent starting pay and benefits for apprentices. Company is receptive to feedback.

      There's never been any pros.

      Cons

      Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
