They hold you and your bonus accountable to targets that they move throughout the year so you really have no chance to make it. Just when you think you hit- they add more. Budget cuts across the board make it very difficult to maintain relationships with long term clients. Communication has seriously faltered since takeover. Executive egos are too big and disconnected from reality.
