Pros
Amazing legacy, great insurance and benefits, working at Landmark looks impressive on your resume, some of the older/seasoned CAs are so kind and helpful and make you want to tough it out.
Cons
Favoritism of certain CAs, by Directors, has cast a very toxic environment. Division of floors has created a classist/caste feeling. Extremely high goals has made it impossible to achieve commission past 1% after taxes. So much turn over, even from seasoned CAs who made $$$. It used to take a long time to get hired and you had to have luxury experience...now anyone can get hired. If you don't look young, you never get to show your face on the 1st floor.
