Pros

Good pay, decent offices, decent discount

Cons

I did not receive details for my first day until 8 pm on Sunday, the evening before the morning I was supposed to be in. I had followed up with HR continuously in the 2 weeks leading up to my first day. My team was poorly managed, as the managers were all focused on getting projects done, but none were good at people management or leadership. There was no focus on personal development, and I was not set up for success. Being overworked was bragged about, zero work/life balance as team members continued to work all throughout their vacations, weekends, evenings after work hours, taking available PTO or sick days was frowned upon, and favoritism was prevalent amongst the team (i.e. those in good favor could get away with a lot more).

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
