Flexible ish big team Very corporate

Cons

Was not upfront about holiday pay or OT. Honestly the entire seasonal team got bamboozled and compensated badly. For months, I spoke with clients just to hand off my sale to a Client Advisor who made commission off my effort and thanked me with a box of ferrero rocher and a starbucks gift card, even though I probably made them hundreds or thousands of dollars in commission. It's a shitshow. Everyone who worked there either quit or was laid off. It's giving broke

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
