      Not best in class but good benefits.

      Cons

      Would be nice to start with doing a few things good, instead of doing a bit of everything poorly. Not motivating; feels like working for a undecisive and neglected teen.

      Experience working in a fast-paced environment

      Cons

      Negative company culture, mandatory RTO 5 days a week, no flexibility. People get burned out fast and leave fast. Evaluations are always negative and based on biased comments from colleagues, not on actual constructive feedback. No work-life balance.
