      - Chaos daily - Complete lack of visibility on senior leadership decision making - Huge changes in strategy and re-orgs every few months mean staff are always scrambling to adjust, drop projects, take on new priorities

      Compensation and that's about it.

      Cons

      No respect for non Manadarin speakers in certain teams. It is a lottery if you land on a team filled with Mandarin speakers. Beyond the language issue, the company is just plain toxic in many ways. Example: Managers yelling at people in group meetings.
