Awesome tech systems, energetic and engaging company culture which stems from the humble yet creative CEO. Team members are passionate and "in it" for the right reasons. Team members are given autonomy are challenged to push the envelope and make changes. Good salaries and benefits on offer. The company is experiencing such huge growth so if you are an ambitious person who wants to grow with the brand, this company will be great for you.
Cons
Sometimes some language barriers to overcome when working with global teams, though tools in place to support. Sydney office still in early stages so has a 'start up' type environment at this stage. Requires flexible mindset in line with growth and often changing priorities
