      You get to say you work in big tech.

      Cons

      There’s no such thing as work life balance here. You will work past 6 pm everyday and sometimes weekends. There’s no flexibility with work locations even with mandatory WFH. I would avoid at all costs. Leadership is extremely out of touch and VERY untransparent.

      Experience working in a fast-paced environment

      Cons

      Negative company culture, mandatory RTO 5 days a week, no flexibility. People get burned out fast and leave fast. Evaluations are always negative and based on biased comments from colleagues, not on actual constructive feedback. No work-life balance.
