- company brand name - decent pay (still slightly below market)
Cons
- terrible work life balance - lack of integrity among some leaders - they lie to employees and externals regularly, also encourage dishonesty - very high attrition due to the reasons listed above There were situations where concerning allegations were made to HR and nothing was done. I myself reported a situation involving a lack of integrity with a senior leader. The concern was dismissed without even an investigation.
