Pros

Autonomy of accounts, you're your own manager with flexibility to create own schedule/hours, free lunch, unlimited vacation, high pay compared to industry standards, company size allows for a lot of opportunities to take on many roles - really up to you what you want to learn and apply yourself.

Cons

Elite SEM is very serious about the education of their employees, so staying on top of all the new features Google has to offer, and updates to other industry tools can be overwhelming at times.

Supportive team, great learning opportunities, certifications, onboardings, training, collaborative culture, exposure to platforms and carreer growth.

Cons

Steep learning curve, too much onboardings, lots of acronyms, fast paced enviroment.

Fully remote work with flexibility, and exposure to great, well-known clients across a range of industries.

Cons

Career advancement is slow and unclear, with senior specialists often overlooked despite their contributions and workload. Organizational support for employees lags behind the quality of the client roster, and internal growth paths feel inconsistent.
