      Pros

      normal benefits, normal 401k, closed Sunday (unless RM)

      Cons

      low pay rates for entry level staffing. hard to find workers, let alone decent ones, management lives there. extremely long days, usually 11 to 12 hours. salary positions do not get holidays off(yes you get the 4th of July off, but that is now your day off...or use PTO). bonus structure isnt much of a bonus. no reviews for raises/impossible to get. put your 2 weeks in or quit and come back for more money.

      I do not look at is as a con but it can be fast paced.

      no respect for home work balance, high goals so bonuses are minimum.
