      Pros

      Been working for a tire discounters for 6 years I have got everything in my life thanks to tire Discounters that is a company that likes to retain their employees however it is very hard to get a raise and your work home life will suffer but if you stick to it and work hard you can get there even though it takes a long time

      Cons

      Very very hard to get a raise

      I do not look at is as a con but it can be fast paced.

      no respect for home work balance, high goals so bonuses are minimum.
