      Plenty of opportunity for career advancement. TG has an awesome training program and some of the very best managers and mentors in the industry.

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side and I haven't had a raise in over 4 years

      Pros

      Our office supports and lifts up one another, always wanting each other to succeed it’s not a competition.

      Cons

      Sometimes dependent on the work load you work longer hours but it’s not all the time.

      Friendly management respects work-life balance. Management listens to your opinion if something is hard or infeasible to implement. Optional and occasional social events during work hours. Post-COVID, software devs work remote.

      Cons

      Compared to nationwide, pay is not competitive. The occasional incident may require after-hours work once in a blue moon.
