I am sorry about the experience you had at Toast. If you are willing to share, I would love to pick your brain on where we missed the mark, what team you were part of, and our overall employee experience. I do recognize that we work hard and that the restaurant industry doesn't really 'turn off' however we strive to balance how we approach this.
