Pros

Rapidly growing company with a high evaluation value

Cons

Ridiculous work requirements - 60+ hour weeks required. Booked out on appointments as much as 12 weeks ahead, 60+ hours. Unlimited PTO policy, but almost all requested denied. Salaries 40 to 50% under market standard. 15+ hour days normal. Poor yearly evaluations given to prevent having to give raises. Now asking for weekend work as well. Benefits that were cornerstones of hiring being taken away one by one. Almost never get breaks for meals, much less just breaks, even though we should "feel empowered to take breaks," the scheduling and customer needs do not allow for them. Doesn't pay missed meal break penalty pay. Management bonuses based on productivity numbers. Company management and founders are probably just trying to drive the stock evaluation price up so they can bail and make a fortune while the people in the field actually doing the hard customer facing work will be stuck with their stocks for a year after the company goes public, is sold off and then drops drastically in value.

Thank you for your candid feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that your experience is as described. My goal is to ensure that our FIEs have a positive work experience and that, despite hypergrowth, we are maintaining work/life balance for the team. Many of the challenges you described are deeply troubling to me as there are measures in place to mitigate these issues. I understand that as we grow there will be the need for continued improvement, and I can assure you that I am committed to developing solutions. However, there are some points mentioned that lead me to think that there might have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you to go over these. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss further. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you can use Officevibe to reach me. - Ellery Fink, Senior Director, Services

Pros

-Strong pay (if you hit your numbers) -Ambitious goals that challenge you -Competitive landscape that will force you to get better beyond exclusively selling -Founders still very involved and very visible to the company and employees -Team cultures are always strong -For sales, you always get in touch with prospects, which is an underrated pro -When leadership promotes internal mobility and career development they mean it and support it

Cons

-Numerous Sales teams that share the same markets/TAMs. Customers and prospects get exhausted of outreach - Since going public, the goal posts keep moving forward even if 60% of the org hit goal. -A number of core leaders have left, new ones still learning the ropes which was hindering the orgs and teams
