Cons
- It's chaos, and most of the leadership is out of touch with the boots-on-the-ground issues. - There is too much happening, and they need to work on connected prioritization, not just the most critical work. VPs and SVPs are very self-serving, and there is a ton of fighting. - Many of the customers are left helpless after onboarding and sales over promises. These are very terrible situations to put customers in. - The care department has to field all those concerns, yet the company does not connect all the dots along the whole customer journey. - Everything is managed in PowerPoint decks, which makes cross-function collaboration awful
