7yThanks for writing a review and sharing your appreciation for the company culture. We agree that remote work is a great benefit that also comes with equally important responsibilities. Not everyone thrives in an environment where they need strong self-discipline. We try to figure this out during our hiring process in the test weeks, where candidates get to work with the team. This gives both the possible hires and us the chance try out a remote working relationship and see if it feels right.
