Pros

The company has been remote-first for over 5 years and has built good processes around working from home. Despite everyone working from home, the company culture is really positive due to frequent meetups. Employee benefits are also stellar.

Cons

Toggl recently underwent a major restructuring which introduced uncertainty. It feels like the company is still "finding itself".

Pros

The culture really is everything that you see online and it's great that they give you the flexibility to do your best work, when it's convenient for you. Perhaps the greatest group of people I've worked with.

Cons

Pay isn't great, but is passable given the good culture. The product and growth are pretty stagnant, hard to see this as a place that will really grow in the next few years. Not a great place to come and advance your career, pretty disappointing professional development.
