Great company values to provide a great working environment. Great people to work with, very welcoming and supportive environment to be the best of you. Extensive benefits to keep learning, take care of your health, good home-office budget. Most importantly a great product family (Track, Plan, Hire) to help users fulfilling their goals and be more happy!

Cons

Our ambitions are larger than our workforce so we have to prioritize on the most value-driven tasks when planning. I wish we had more teams and developers to tackle more projects and improvements that are waiting.

The culture really is everything that you see online and it's great that they give you the flexibility to do your best work, when it's convenient for you. Perhaps the greatest group of people I've worked with.

Cons

Pay isn't great, but is passable given the good culture. The product and growth are pretty stagnant, hard to see this as a place that will really grow in the next few years. Not a great place to come and advance your career, pretty disappointing professional development.
