Pros
- A fully remote company with years of experience as such already pre-pandemic. Toggl has a lot of cultural and benefit systems in place that support remote-work and connecting with you colleagues online. And there's also meetups several times a year to spend some quality time together. - A lot of support for self-development and opportunities to explore and move within the company. - Quite a lot of freedom to choose what matters and what you want to work on. This might depend based on teams, but has been my experience so far. - My managers and mentors within the company have been contributing to my growth tremendously. I am really lucky to have found such great managers both - knowledge and experience wise, but also values wise. - Lots of changes taking place structurally, branding wise etc. in recent years. If you're okay with this, it keeps life interesting.
Cons
- Lots of changes taking place structurally, branding wise etc. in recent years. There's a lot of unknowns and uncertainties. - It's becoming a big company, which introduces new formalities, information clusters etc. It's not quite the same as working in a small team in terms of openness and ease of just getting stuff done.
