Pros

There are many great things about Toggl, but my TOP ones (the reason I love Toggl) are: - NO bullies - NO bs Even after a year, I still wake up energized and excited for work and the people I work with.

Cons

Because of remote work and freedom (it's real!), it can be hard for someone who's used to others (i.e. a boss) telling them what to do.

Pros

The culture really is everything that you see online and it's great that they give you the flexibility to do your best work, when it's convenient for you. Perhaps the greatest group of people I've worked with.

Cons

Pay isn't great, but is passable given the good culture. The product and growth are pretty stagnant, hard to see this as a place that will really grow in the next few years. Not a great place to come and advance your career, pretty disappointing professional development.
