-Fully remote -Global team of 100+ awesome people working from over 40 countries -Results-Oriented Work Environment: Toggl values results over hours worked. -Up to 3 meetups per year -Professional development, health, and home office budgets -Friendly environment and amazing team spirit

Cons

It's currently a work in progress, but a clear career path for every position would be great.

Pros

The culture really is everything that you see online and it's great that they give you the flexibility to do your best work, when it's convenient for you. Perhaps the greatest group of people I've worked with.

Cons

Pay isn't great, but is passable given the good culture. The product and growth are pretty stagnant, hard to see this as a place that will really grow in the next few years. Not a great place to come and advance your career, pretty disappointing professional development.
