- Tremendous company culture and values, everyone contributes to fostering an amazing environment and culture - Great remote-first culture - Super competent and supportive colleagues, you will definitely learn from the best - Great benefits package

Cons

- Nothing yet it's a bit early to say, the only thing that comes to mind is that there's not much opportunity for junior roles

The culture really is everything that you see online and it's great that they give you the flexibility to do your best work, when it's convenient for you. Perhaps the greatest group of people I've worked with.

Cons

Pay isn't great, but is passable given the good culture. The product and growth are pretty stagnant, hard to see this as a place that will really grow in the next few years. Not a great place to come and advance your career, pretty disappointing professional development.
