      Pros

      Strong compensation compared to the rest of the industry. Good path upward if you want to climb the ladder. The homes Toll builds are at least more interesting than other big production builders. Buyers tend to be happier about being in a Toll home versus another production builder.

      Cons

      Toll tries to be semi-custom with a luxury branding, but at its core is a straight up tract builder. The trades literally could not be less competent, even by tract builder standards. Expectations for the Construction Managers are unrealistic and the projects are understaffed. In general you are not set up to succeed. You need to be extremely resilient and a master of time management to survive in this position.

      Pros

      Toll Brothers provides excellent training, strong systems, and the opportunity to work with a respected luxury homebuilder. The company emphasizes professionalism, customer experience, and sales development. I gained valuable experience in new home sales, lead management, and working alongside talented sales and construction teams.

      Cons

      Like many positions in homebuilding, success can be highly dependent on market conditions, inventory availability, and community assignment. Weekend work is expected, and balancing customer needs with operational processes can sometimes be challenging.
