Pros

Vacation houses and good benefits

Cons

The last two years the company has been going thru a restructure that isn’t working. It is causing more problems on the field and slowing down sales, lowering customer satisfaction and cheapening quality. People in the field see it but corporate doesn’t want to hear about it. Everyone is turning a blind eye because they are all afraid of being let go if they don’t follow suit. Someone needs to talk to the people on the ground and get their perspective. Despite what management thinks, the slow down in sales is not the corona virus or the economy.

Pros

Toll Brothers provides excellent training, strong systems, and the opportunity to work with a respected luxury homebuilder. The company emphasizes professionalism, customer experience, and sales development. I gained valuable experience in new home sales, lead management, and working alongside talented sales and construction teams.

Cons

Like many positions in homebuilding, success can be highly dependent on market conditions, inventory availability, and community assignment. Weekend work is expected, and balancing customer needs with operational processes can sometimes be challenging.
