Pros
Good name recognition. I honestly can not name any pros of working here. They have a website that's national and a few divisions. Possibility of lateral or vertical moves.
Cons
Most unorganized, unprofessional and unethical place I've ever worked. I've worked here 2 years and have suffered depression and insomnia in the last 6 months. This is due to the constant stressful/hostile work environment and lack of support. This company is great if you have a relative working here... Nepotism is strong here. That is the only reason I can explain the number of unqualified managers. Never had a more horrific experience and yet worked so hard for nothing. The pay when paid is terrible.
