We are sorry to hear that you feel that any actions have occurred that are discriminatory in nature. Tolmar takes a strong stance against any type of discrimination in the workplace, and accordingly, we have a well-communicated process to report anything of concern. All reports of potentially discriminatory behavior are investigated immediately and thoroughly. Unfortunately, if this behavior has not been reported, we are unable to address it directly. It appears that you are a current employee, so we encourage you to utilize the process that is available to you in order to elevate your concern to HR or any member of management so that it can be investigated. We are also in the process of continually improving our training methods and processes in all departments and implementing technical and procedural advancements on a regular basis. We welcome any direct and specific feedback that you have regarding your individual experience and challenges with our training program in order to incorporate it into our ongoing training development efforts. Finally, all corrective actions are fully substantiated and vetted prior to being delivered. As mentioned above, if you feel that you are being held accountable for something that did not occur, please provide specifics so that we can better understand the discrepancy. We value all of our employees and place the ultimate importance on fairness and consistency.
