Cons
Tom James is a bottom end more made to measure suit company rather than bespoke operating like a cult. You will notice they prey on mainly students and manipulate them into their mould, you will also notice the people that work there have either been there for 1 week or 1 decade! . They claim to have Christian leaders within and will try imposing their values and beliefs on you in a very sneaky way using various guilt trip tactics. They hold on to this and talk alot about values and integrity but in actual fact tell alot of lies to manipulate situations and people for self gain. The main boss is a glorified tacky double glazing salesman that is significantly odd would seem got lucky years ago and has managed to stick around. You will also notice no one who has worked at other tailoring companies will have left to join Tom James to firther their career,but very much the other way round , there is a significant reason for this, it's because of there terrible reputation. When you leave you will also been constantly harassed with letters threatening you about the consequences of working for there competition. To sum the company up briefly I would say the product is ok but not great, the management are stuck in the 80's American window salesman culture peppered with some weird double standard religious system. Be very careful when dealing with this company very dodgy.
