A brilliant opportunity to build a business within a business. Once up and running you have a high degree of autonomy whilst being supported by a world class company which serves senior business leaders with high level clothing. Tom James employees regularly share their best ideas around the company unlike so many other sales companies. There are many excellent perks which you would expect from a large and growing company. I have taken trips around the world with Tom James and have many amazing memories and valued friendships.
Cons
The schedule is not for anyone who has a 9-5 cultural preference. Like anyone who is genuinely building a sales base/clientele, the initial build does take a determined and driven personality. The rewards are not hours related but the truth is that for the most part, the successful do put in the hours.
