Pros
Good office culture, good national meetings and trips
Cons
Have fun working 12-16 hours every day, harassing people like a telemarketer, chasing people down the streets to try to convince them to buy from you, overpriced and poor quality products, unrealistic demands to employees. The "base" pay that is promised to you when you are hired is nonexistent. You will find yourself: friendless, exhausted, miserable, and broke. You'll forget what your life was like before being taken over by TJ. You'll feel like you are in a cult, and quite frankly, working at TJ is comparable to being hazed in a fraternity or sorority. This is a company, which is mostly dominated by young adults, just out of college. This is a stepping stone to a better job, not something you should ever consider making into a career. RUN while you can.
