there is not job that will give you the satisfaction & reward than this one; if you work hard, you will do well. It's all about what you put in. Its a great opportunity. If you want a job that everyone is granted the same opportunity and growth is made by your work ethic & not who you know or what you know; the is for you! the company will always support you no matter what you do & it is the most positive environment you could ever be in. If you have the ambition to make 500 k or even 1 million per year, you can; but its up to you & you have to be willing to take care of your clients
Cons
its a hard deal! you have to be willing to work and a lot of people are not. There no free lunches... the days that are hard, are indeed, hard... but the days that are great are great. The days that suck, suck. but overall, the pros out way the cons
