Our pay plan and reimbursement policies are documented on our employee intranet and communicated at our sales schools with new employees as well as in our interviewing process. If there was a miscommunication in your experience, we would appreciate if you would contact us directly to provide more information so that we can see whether there is additional communication, training materials or resources necessary. Our goal anytime we hire is to see the individual stay with Tom James over a long period of time. Thus, as a general rule, we do not see much benefit in under communicating or falsely communicating any aspects of our pay plans, training or what to expect on the job.
