Pros
Leaders desperately want you to succeed, good people in the company, develop strong work ethic and goal setting, change thinking to positive thoughts, make strong connections and build relationships with highly successful professionals, wear custom suits, great clothes, dress nice, set own schedule. You will look like a model, CEO, or celebrity everyday but only making around 35k a year.
Cons
Getting in front of clients, finding leads, and getting referrals is extremely difficult. Setting appts is difficult as you are calling busy professionals and asking to come to their office to sell them clothing. The clothing is expensive as the client is paying for the service, but the commission structure is relatively low. The company says that since your clients are wealthy, money is not an issue so sell them as much clothing as possible. Exp...if you sell $3000 worth of clothing, commission is about $350-$400. You are required to set 7 appts daily to succeed, however, most appts will cancel when you show up to their office or blow you off. The office space is depressing with old, dusty furniture from the 60's. Absolutely no work life balance, company expects you to be in the office for at least 12 hours a day from 7-7, and then continue prospecting and floating after work and looking for people to prospect on the streets. You literally live and breath TJ 24/7. Difficult to do this just to sell clothes. Trainers always tell you to use their system or approach to sell. I didn't feel like I was working at a real company.
