Pros
-An overall good culture of highly motivated and encouraging people. -A chance to make unlimited income based on your own hard work -Great experience building a business from the ground up and calling on/working with successful people. -Most will continue to try and help you be successful and come up with new ways to help -Monthly bonuses you can hit for cash and other things.
Cons
-It takes a long time and a LOT of hard work to build your clientele from scratch -Management unwilling to bend when/how you get the job done. You have to be back for phone time from 3-5pm, can't come back to the office during the day if needed, etc. If I'm getting my appointments booked why does it matter what time of day I do it? -Lack of leadership training in some offices. I was overlooked while it was clear there was a struggle with leadership. You've got to care for new people, especially when they're building a business from nothing. -Be prepared to work 70+ hours a week for the first year, if not the second as well. -Your support and success will really depend on your office and your leader. Sales is demanding and you need the correct support.
