- Almost like a cult. - Poor regional management. - Lack of communication between training team - Politically incorrect office - Too many egos - Lack of accountability - Will turn a blind eye to misconduct of an individual sells well - Insufficient training: training consisted of a lot of preaching and not enough about the product - Long hours: contracted from 8am - 6pm but they want you in earlier and expect you to finish later (7am - 8pm ish) especially in your first 2 years - Treated new people like children and wasn’t very welcoming when you’re new, unless you’re an attractive young female
