Not a welcoming work environment - Sales Assistant Tom James Company Employee Review

If you are not a sales person you are treated like you're invisible. Most of the sales people are not friendly and won't look at you unless they want something from you. Not a welcoming or happy work environment, there was always drama and people talking behind each others back. While I was a "sales" assistant, I sometimes felt like a personal assistant with the tasks I was given. This is a multi level marketing company. They are constantly looking to recruit with little to no regard of who they are hiring. They will hire a bunch of salespeople and most of them quit within the first year. No room for growth unless you want to go into sales
