      Tom James Company has a family atmosphere. Even when it is busy you leave at the end of the day feeling like you 1. accomplished something and 2. were needed in the days success. Tom James prides itself in creating careers not just a 2 year time slot in one's resume. This is truly reflected in the company culture.

      Cons

      When logging information, the same information must go in 3-4 locations. It becomes tedious. Additionally, our job has us tied to desktops which makes it difficult to answer questions quickly when in a coworkers office.
