Building a clientele can be a long and difficult process. Like any sales position, you face a lot of rejection. Must be mentally tough to keep the long term vision in mind. It is a lot of work the first several years in the business. There is no time clock, but to be successful in your first few years it will require putting in 10+ hour work days in order to do the necessary work to keep a full pipeline of prospects to call on. There's no company car, company phone, or company credit card. We are all owners of the business and we pay out the profits back to the employees in the form of dividends, profit sharing and bonuses. The less we spend as a company, the more $$$ can be put into the accounts of the employees who put in the work.
