Like most companies, we offer our products at heavy discounts to our employees. But by no means do we require employees to participate. - We have recently implemented a new, robust pay plan structure in part in response to concerns like yours. Tom James provides fully comprehensive medical coverage, a robust benefits program, and our employees are W2'd employees. We offer a traditional 401(k) matching program, employee ownership, and also a profit sharing program where we share our profits back to the employees at the end of each year. - We are proud of the fact that Tom James has remained profitable during the pandemic. This is due to our ability to pivot our business model, but even more so because of our dedicated and hard-working Sales Professionals, both new and tenured, of whom we are very proud.
