As a company that really strives to build and develop people, we are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We do not expect 70-hour workweeks from our new partners. In general, this is not our management style. It is TRUE that many of the people we attract choose to work very hard in their first years of building their clientele. Our belief is that if we help people develop goals for the life they want to build, and help them develop an activity plan to accomplish those goals, they will use both their work ethic and their efficiency/creativity to figure out how to achieve them on a monthly basis. While it does take hard work to get your business off the ground here, it is not our culture to enforce a specific hourly requirement.
