Great company to work with. Allows you to wear multiple hats and very good team members

Not a big name, so you will have to wrap exceptionally hard to get recognition. Pay could be better

The Tonic3 team are incredibly nice and friendly, they are very communicative and try to advocate for their employees with clients

Cons

Feedback was often given with missing context, and staff turnover was common
