Pros
There arnt to many pros.. They biggest is definitely your co-workers, If you join at the right point you can get lucky and work with some wonderful people that really do feel like family. They really do make your long day less horrible. Not sure if its a pro but if you want hours you will get them, part-timers work full-time and full-time is lucky to work less that 10 hours a day.
Cons
Way to many to list... -Overworked -Underpaid -Management acts like they care but if you have a problem or concern they act like they have no clue the next day -You work your butt of for them but there is no reward, no raise only a thanks if your lucky -Owner keeps adding new things without testing any recipes and then when the staff has to fix them she complains that its not how she wants it done -Only room for growth is to take on extra tasks and then never see any benefits from it, only once you learn it you are then always expected to do it
