Pros

They pay you on time and you get monthly "bonuses"

Cons

The bonuses don't make up for the horrible base pay. They're constantly promising next months bonus will be better. It's impossible to get a raise or a promotion. I never once heard "good job" after busting my butt to get work done. I watched talented professionals quit left and right before I finally realized nothing was ever going to change. I wish I had left earlier.

Salary is fair. Admin staff is kind, knowledgeable, driven, and supportive of junior staff. Lots of opportunity for growth and additional education.

Cons

The divisions are very siloed that can make cooperation between divisions difficult - sometimes.

Hires with very little experience, pays for education.

Cons

Closed communication between higher ups and staff. Work up culture meaning you do the job before they give the title. Volatile and will layoff with no notice
