      Pros

      Great colleagues, team environment. Benefits, Pay, and culture are great. No micro management on my team and everyone feels valued. Completely remote company that makes you feel included. Rapidly growing company so opportunity for growth and continue advancement is present.

      Cons

      Company has been going through 40% year over year growth for several years, while this is great things are constantly changing. processes and formalities take time to catch up. Team structure, goals, commissions structure, and management come and go to try to keep pace with all the growth. Can be stressful at times.

      Pros

      TopTal has been an amazing way to connect with a wider range of companies and teams. As a freelancer I have found their vetting process (both for talent and for clients) to be effective and apt.

      Cons

      At times the process for engaging with clients or tracking work is unclear. Once you've gone through it a couple of times, however, it's easier to navigate.
