Pros
No rookies around. All the colleagues I've met at Toptal were top-notch in what they do, not making the company a Mickey Mouse. Great for people who want to work and learn from the best. People are really helpful, however many times you can expect to hear "I am too busy at the moment". Remuneration is decent. Many employees there are digital nomads and you can become one easily. If you do well, you have all the opportunities to grow up too.
Cons
If you are used to inclusive and diverse workspace and these topics are on top of your wishlist you are gonna struggle. The company is moving fast-pace and this is clearly not a priority at least for now. Management always stresses out new ideas but honestly, they don't welcome them with open hands. Many managers have flaws and unfortunately, about-to-be managers are often copycatting them blindly to both satisfy them and get easier access to growth.
