Pros
The company was a great place to work prior to the layoff trend. At this time, I do not have any pros other than it being in a remote setting and flexible working hours, but all other administration employees must handle themselves.
Cons
The company lost all interest in the happiness of its employees and in providing incentives for a quality work environment. Every few months, mass layoffs occurred, benefits were cut, and severance pay to individuals who had been working for close to a decade was reduced to almost nothing. Literally.
