Pros
Initial pay was very good and most of the people there are nice. Working in such a small department was nice, and the people within my department were really friendly.
Cons
Working in such a small department, there isn't much opportunity for advancement, and advancement appears to be more based on years of experience rather than work ethic. Also, management does not prioritize R&D whatsoever so be prepared to fight for every single project you work on.
