* Family-focused. * Generous PTO. * 10 days of sick time. * Clear expectations. * 1:1 sessions at least every 2 weeks. * Strong pay scale in a limited employment town.

Cons

* Overtime required during busy season. * Strict attendance and tardiness standards (if you don't abuse it there is never a problem.

Pros

Culture is positive and helpful. Training is extensive but prepares you for your role as a Flood Underwriter. Management is supportive and the training resources are extremely helpful. Overall a great place to work. Work/life balance is exceptional!

Cons

Length of work can be determined by outside contractor discresion.
