Pros
Good benefits, good discount, decent pay for this industry
Cons
Working here is like running on a treadmill while both the speed and incline are being consistently increased at a rapid pace. There is a strong demand for more/better results without the additional support or tools necessary to improve performance. Instead, you are left to work harder, work longer to chase a constantly moving target. Management does not encourage you or thank you for your efforts on the hypothetical treadmill; in fact they will probably throw additional obstacles your way without any consideration for burnout, or how this may effect morale. Lastly, the thing about treadmills is, no matter how long you run, you always end up exactly where you started- don't expect many opportunities for growth.
